Medium Dream Catchers

Purple Dreams in Lilac Fields

Purple Dreams in Lilac Fields
Purple Dreams in Lilac Fields

The dream catchers are considered a symbol of unity among various Indian Nations. They are also known to alter dreams by dispelling bad dreams or nightmares so that only good dreams can enter through the webs protection.

Originally created in the Sioux nation as a protective charm for infants, it was later adopted by other nations for the same reason.  The initial dream catchers consisted of two spider webs hung on a hoop. It was then said "to catch any harm that might be in the air as a spider's web catches and holds whatever comes in contact with it."

My Dream Catchers are created in honor of my children and their Cherokee heritage.  Without them and my Spirit Guide I could not create these beautiful legacies to the Indian Nation.
